The USC Trojans are doing all they can to make their 2026 class as strong as it can be.
The Trojans have extended an offer to one of the top-ranked prospects of the 2026 class, offensive tackle Jackson Cantwell.
USC offered Cantwell, a high school junior, earlier this week. He currently has 24 offers from many top schools in the country, like Ohio State, Penn State, Alabama, Flordia State and Georgia, to name a few.
He is the number five player in the country for his class, the number two offensive tackle and the number one player in his home state of Missouri.
Cantwell is a multi-sport athlete who is a decorated thrower and plays basketball. WeAreSC insider Marshall Levinson spoke to the talented tackle and said he wants to visit the campus soon.
“It’s definitely tough to get out there. I definitely think I’d stay pretty open-minded about a lot of different schools throughout my recruitment, but it’s definitely gonna be tough to get out, at least right now. I’m definitely considering them and will definitely be on my list of schools I want to get to at some point, but I’m not hundred percent sure when I’ll get there.”
Cantwell is a hot commodity, and USC should stay persistent on the junior.
