Auburn hosts Kentucky tomorrow night. What are three of the most important things to know about the Wildcats?

The No. 13 Auburn Tigers host the No. 22 Kentucky Wildcats inside Neville Arena tomorrow.

Auburn picked up a convincing 101-61 win over No. 11 South Carolina at home on Wednesday night. Kentucky beat Ole Miss 75-63 at home on Tuesday night.

What are three things to know about the Kentucky Wildcats?

Kentucky has an elite group of guards

The Wildcats have four guards who average double figures.

Antonio Reeves leads the team in scoring with 19.4 points per game. Rob Dillingham averages 14.8 points per game. Reed Sheppard averages 12.4 points per game. D.J. Wagner averages 11.2 points per game.

When any of these players are on, Kentucky is a hard team to slow down.

Kentucky has one of the best offenses in the country

The Wildcats average 88.9 points per game which places them at No. 3 in the country.

Kentucky shoots 49.2% from the field, 40.7% from 3-point range and 75.2% from the free-throw line.

Kentucky can score in a lot of different ways and is a hard team to keep up with. Auburn’s defense will get a workout tomorrow.

It is do-or-die time for Kentucky

This season has not gone exactly as planned for the Wildcats.

Kentucky has dropped four of its last seven games and desperately needs a quality win to get things back on track.

Auburn needs to be prepared to get Kentucky’s best shot despite having home-court advantage.

Tipoff is set for 5 p.m. CT. The television broadcast can be found on ESPN and the Auburn Sports Network broadcast can be streamed anywhere on the Auburn Athletics app.
