‘No more excuses’: Matthew Lloyd sends shocking message to the Western Bulldogs players.

Matthew Lloyd says there’s “no more excuses” for the Western Bulldogs after their 60-point thrashing of St Kilda at Marvel Stadium on Thursday night.

Jimmy Bartel decided to ask Lloyd about the key areas of the Bulldogs’ playing list and whether they are “lacking or missing” in any area.

And there’s a specific area which Lloyd has question marks on, whilst making comparison with other AFL clubs.

Injury Update on Dan Butler:

A hamstring setback to Dan Butler will keep the small forward out of the line-up for at least the next four to six weeks.

Dan Butler will spend at least the next month on the sidelines after scans today confirmed a right hamstring strain from last night’s loss to the Western Bulldogs.

The small forward entered the game as the substitute before coming from the field midway through the final term and receiving treatment.

Butler’s latest setback follows pre-season ankle surgery which kept him out of the senior line-up for the first three matches of the year.
