The Alpharetta (Ga.) EDGE spent last weekend in Athens on his Georgia official visit. That visit was scheduled fresh off his May 30 offer after a Georgia camp.

Now, Holly plans to make a decision in the relatively near future.

“I’ll probably be committing the last week of June,” Holly told Dawgs247.

Paul Finebaum Names Under-The-Radar SEC Program That Will Surprise In 2024

The Georgia Bulldogs, Texas Longhorns, and Alabama Crimson Tide are the teams generating the most hype in the SEC for the upcoming 2024 college football season. Other schools, such as Missouri, Oklahoma, LSU, Tennessee, and Ole Miss, are also considered potential conference contenders.

The Texas A&M Aggies, a team that has generated significant hype in recent years, has been flying under the radar. Coming into 2024 with a new head coach, Mike Elko, after firing Jimbo Fisher last season, the Aggies are poised for a fresh start.ESPN’s Paul Finebaum suggests Texas A&M could surprise people in 2024 despite some question marks entering the season.

“I hear a lot of people talk about (Texas) A&M being a big surprise team,” Finebaum said. “One of our guests talked about that so I’m buckled down with you on that.”

Finebaum failed to further explain his belief in the Aggies during a recent episode of The Paul Finebaum Show. One caller believed A&M’s schedule would be the key to its success. It seems that Finebaum also believes the schedule will play a significant role in the Aggies’ performance in the upcoming season.

Texas A&M opens the 2024 season against Notre Dame on Aug. 31. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT on ABC.
