Parramatta forward Wiremu Greig faces a two-match ban after being charged with a grade three careless high tackle on Sydney Roosters utility Connor Watson.
Greig faces a three-match suspension if he unsuccessfully challenges the charge at the NRL judiciary. The Eels have three matches left to play this season..
Greig was sinbinned in 15th minute for the incident which ruled Watson out of the match and next Sunday’s game against the Titans due to the NRL’s 11-day stand down concussion policy.
