Confirmed! USC football signs three-star receiver from St. Louis.

USC makes an early PWO offer in the 2025 class.

USC football got an early jump on a preferred walk-on offer to three-star 2025 Honolulu (Haw.) wide receiver Titan Lacaden on Thursday. Lacaden made his commitment to Hawaii in June of last year and recently took his official visit earlier this month.

The 5-foot-8, 155-pound Lacaden is rated the No. 1,421 overall prospect and the No. 199 wide receiver, according to the 247Sports Composite. He is the No. 258 wide receiver in the 247Sports rankings.

Preferred walk-on offers are typically made late in the recruiting cycle in attempts to fill out the scout team and reserves of any given position.

The Trojans hold one receiver commitment in the 2025 class from three-star Baltimore (Md.) pass catcher Romero Ison. Overall, USC holds 13 commitments and is ranked No. 5 in the nation. USC signed one receiver in the 2024 recruiting class. It consists of five-star Georgia QB Julian Lewis, five-star Georgia defensive tackle Justus Terry, five-star edge rusher Isaiah Gibson, four-star California linebacker Matai Tagoa’i, four-star California edge Hayden Lowe, four-star Florida safety Hylton Stubbs, three-star Texas defensive lineman Gus Cordova, three-star California cornerback Trestin Castro, three-star Virginia athlete Harry Dalton III, three-star Tennessee athlete Daune Morris, Ison, three-star Texas running back Riley Wormley and three-star Washington offensive lineman Willi Wascher.
