The Miami Hurricanes have one of the top 2024 defensive tackle recruits committed in Artavius Jones. That does not stop other schools from coming after the 6-foot-3 and 310-pound interior defensive lineman.
Speaking with Jones last night prior to Blountstown (Fla.) High School’s 14-10 win over Port St. Joe (Fla.) High School, Jones did not dispute that claim.
UCF and Florida State are each trying to get Jones back on campus for a visit, two schools he’s familiar with already. “Florida State wants me to visit like right now,” Jones said with a laugh and a smile.
